Need a hand?

Email hello@ultrafuel.app and we'll get back to you. Including your phone model and what you were doing helps us help you faster.

Getting your runs in

Connect Strava from the Today screen or Me → Connections to import runs automatically. You can also import workouts through Health Connect on Android or Apple Health on iPhone, which covers Garmin, COROS, and other watches that write to either one. You can add a run by hand as well — on the phone or in the web Training Log. The more runs you log, the more personalized your fueling ranges become.

A run didn't show up

Pull to refresh on the Training Log first. If it still isn't there, check that the run finished syncing to Strava, Health Connect, or Apple Health on its own, since UltraFuel reads from them rather than from your watch directly. Very short runs won't change your fueling profile: it needs fueled long runs of 60 minutes or more.

Sharing a race with your crew

Open the race and share it either way: crew with the app scan the QR code, and everyone else gets a link that opens in any browser — no account and no install needed. Both show what to have ready at each aid station, when you're due, and how much, and your crew can log what you actually took. Crew access covers that one race and expires 48 hours after you share it. If a crew member loses access mid-race, share the code or link again.

Using the app offline

Logging, your race plan, and the live race tracker all work with zero signal. Anything entered offline syncs in the background once a connection returns. If a device has been offline for a long stretch, give it a minute on signal before checking another device for the same entries.

Exporting or deleting your data

Export a full backup from within the app at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, go to Me → Account → Delete account in the app, or delete it from your web profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent across your devices and our servers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Phone and web

One account covers all of them. The phone app — iPhone or Android — is where runs sync in, weekly gut-training check-ins happen, and race day gets tracked. The web app shares the same data and does more than read it: set up your profile, log runs and fueling, run the sweat and sodium tests, enter lab results, and build race plans on a big screen.
